Care is available across most states, no insurance is needed, pricing is transparent, and shipping is free.
Choose the therapy you need, check out, and answer a short set of medical questions in your portal. A US-licensed clinician reviews everything you share and prescribes medication where appropriate. You can expect to hear from a clinician within about 24 hours. Some states require a video consultation or live chat, and if yours does, a clinician will reach out to complete your visit that way.
Every protocol shows its full price up front before you check out. Clinician review, medication and shipping are included, and there is no insurance markup or surprise fee.

Yes. Every clinician you work with is licensed to prescribe and treat patients in the state where you live, so you can get the medication you need on your schedule without the hassle.
Yes. You can ask for your prescription to be sent to your local pharmacy. The most affordable and convenient option is usually our network of partner pharmacies, and we cannot guarantee pricing at an outside pharmacy.
Prescriptions are filled by US-licensed partner pharmacies selected according to the therapy and medication. The pharmacy handling your order is shown in your member portal along with its contact details.

Yes. Multi-month plans are billed up front at the price shown, and ongoing subscriptions can be paused or cancelled any time from your member portal before the next billing date. No cancellation fees and no phone calls needed.
Clinician-built panels for a full picture of your health, covering hormonal, cardiovascular, inflammatory, metabolic and nutritional markers. No physician referral is needed, and you can have blood drawn at a partner location or request an at-home collection where available.
Most results are back within 7 to 10 business days of your draw. A few advanced or send-out tests take a little longer. You get an email the moment results post to your secure member portal, and your clinician reviews them in the context of your protocol rather than in isolation.
After you purchase, your lab order is released to a national partner network and appears in your member portal. Walk in at a partner draw site near you, with no appointment needed at most locations, or on eligible panels add private at-home phlebotomy for $125 and a licensed phlebotomist comes to you.
These limits apply to blood work and lab panels only, not to peptides or prescription therapies. Lab testing is available across the US except in Rhode Island and Hawaii, which our lab partners cannot serve. Orders in New York and New Jersey are routed through a separate partner network, so collection options in those states may differ.
