Your card is charged in full at checkout, before a clinician reviews your intake. If a US-licensed clinician determines that the treatment is not appropriate for you, nothing is dispensed and the full amount is refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of the decision.
By law, prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once they leave the pharmacy. Once a prescription has been written and dispensed, the order is final. If your medication arrives damaged, incorrect or compromised, contact the care team within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Lab panels can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your sample is collected. Once a sample has been drawn, the order is final. At-home phlebotomy fees are non-refundable once a visit has been scheduled and confirmed.
Ongoing plans renew automatically. You can pause or cancel from your member portal at any time before your next billing date, with no cancellation fee. Multi-month plans are billed up front at the price shown and are not refunded for unused months once the first shipment has been dispensed.
The flat visit fee covers the clinician consultation and prescription review. It is refundable if a clinician is unable to see you. It is not refundable once a consultation has taken place, regardless of whether a prescription is written.
